Help Desk Dashboard — The LF Help Desk Dashboard is an overall view of the tickets that have been received at the LF Help Desk. You can search for what questions have come in by the ticket ID, Inquiry, LF Product, and Issue and review a summary of the resolution to that ticket. Note: If multiple inquiries of the same topic were sent by a user and received as separate tickets, those tickets could be merged for historical accuracy.
