The Rapid Assessment Reference Condition Models were versioned in August 2008 to correct user-reported errors. The corrections affect the Eastern and Western U.S. Model Descriptions, the Eastern and Western U.S. VDDT Model Databases, the Eastern U.S. Reference Condition Summary Table and the Eastern U.S. Forests and Woodlands Reference Condition Summary Table. A complete list of corrections and the models affected is shown in the table below. Customers are advised to delete any local versions of the Rapid Assessment Eastern U.S. Reference Condition Summary Table, the Rapid Assessment Eastern U.S. Forests and Woodlands Reference Condition Summary Table, and the Rapid Assessment Reference Condition Model products (Model Descriptions and VDDT databases) that may have been downloaded and replace them with the August 2008 products currently available on the on the LANDFIRE website (http://www.landfire.gov/rapid_assessment.php).
